"Players transform themselves in the summer, by working when no one is watching."

2023 Shooter's Club Final Numbers!

LNGBA Players have taken more than 628,000 shots this summer and 39 girls who have taken more than 10,000 earning their Shooter's Club shirt.

Shooter's club participants took over 805,000 shots last summer and a record number of 48 girls earned their Shooter's Club shirt! Lets see if we can top that is 2023!!

805,000 shots means that if we lined up as a group and took one shot every 5 seconds, 24x7, it would have taken 46 1/2 days to get to this total!

Developing Your Basketball Skills

"When you are not practicing, somebody else is getting better" - Allen Iverson

Your AAU and Traveling teams likely practice for 3-4 hours per week.  No one can hope to play to their potential by working on your game for 4 hours a week -- players on made on their own time!  Working on shooting, ball handling and overall quickness in your driveway, your home court, or at the gym is critical to developing as a basketball player.

We've linked some YouTube links to skills development videos below -- no one single approach works for everyone, but by putting in the effort on your own time, everyone can become a stronger player.

YouTube Videos for skill development

Practicing at game speed with real moves is important!   Taking your shots in a casual manner does little to help develop your scoring ability!    YouTube has ads, but these videos have been vetted and will help you improve your game!
